We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We’ve always wanted to stay at the Venetian and finally made it happen thanks to Klooks deal! cleanliness: very clean for an older hotel hotel location: excellent location on the strip, hotel room view of the sphere was amazing service: upon check in, we were greeted with a friendly front desk concierge and housekeeping while walking through the halls were very friendly with smiles and greetings and when we were lost (which is easy to do in this hotel because it’s huge) even the shoe shine man directed us with a smile. Overall, very pleased with the hotel experience.

The hotels I stayed at in Los Angeles and Hollywood had strong room odors, but this one had a clean and comfortable scent! The bed and bathroom were also spacious, making it a wonderful hotel. When I accidentally purchased paid Wi-Fi, I went to the front desk and explained, and they immediately canceled it for me. Also, there were many amenities around the hotel, so I felt safe walking around at night.
