My recent day trip along the Great Ocean Road was nothing short of spectacular, and I have to credit our driver and guide, Tony, for making the experience truly outstanding. From the moment we were picked up, Tony greeted us with warmth and professionalism. He introduced himself, explained the day’s schedule clearly, and ensured everyone was comfortable and ready to go. His driving was smooth and safe, which really helped me relax and fully enjoy the scenery. The itinerary of the tour was excellent: winding coastal views, the lush rainforest section, the iconic limestone stacks rising from the ocean, and the charming seaside towns we passed through. At each stop, Tony gave insightful commentary. He also let us plenty of time at each lookout and photo stop, without feeling rushed. Tony is a warm and friendly tour guide and driver. He provided detailed explanations at each attraction and allowed ample time for visitors to take photos, shop, and use restrooms. He also took everyone to spot wild kangaroos and koalas by the roadside, which was fantastic! Along the way, we admired the magnificent Great Ocean Road, the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and London Bridge, all of which were beautiful and breathtaking. When visiting Melbourne, besides the CBD attractions, you absolutely must come and see these sights! 👍👍👍

Our tour guide, Philip, was very enthusiastic and spoke Chinese, Japanese, and English. In addition to posting itinerary information in the group chat, he also verbally reminded us again. He even thoughtfully brought ginger capsules for those who get motion sickness. His attentiveness was evident everywhere!

The itinerary was packed, but the guide managed the time perfectly, making it suitable for those who are short on time but want to experience the Great Ocean Road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip experience. Tony was exceptionally helpful and very approachable, making the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. Even with nearly 50 people on the bus, everything was well-organized, and at each stop, it felt like we had the attractions all to ourselves. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide, Vance, managed the time perfectly. His excellent driving skills ensured the entire trip ran smoothly without any delays, and we even returned to Melbourne city earlier than expected, allowing guests time to arrange dinner. This was especially valuable for a long journey.
