Our guide Leo came well-prepared based on our requirements and gave us the best-customised tour which caters specifically to our liking. We managed to visit the place to get our choice of mechandise. We also visited the well anticipated Sapporo Beer Museum. We will recommend anyone who like a Sapporo full day tour to engage his service. Well done, looking forward to our next visit to Sapporo!

Our guide, Zarina was lovely and knowledgeable! We had a great time tasting yummy food and walk around the city and the beautiful park. The tour was very casual and we took it at our own comfortable pace, all the while still very fun and informative. Highly recommended!

Nice autumn weather today in October 2023 which made this walking tour very enjoyable. My guide is Akihiro. Akihiro was able to share some interesting places to eat and drink - hidden corner places that we would not have found on our own. The food and drinks are included in the tour. The sake museum is small but has some good historical items. Do try the sake ice cream. As a local, he was able to share some interesting information about Sapporo to me. Good choice of Izakaya places that we visited Excellent tour.

This was such a great trip. We really enjoyed it, the itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to explore each place. Andy, our tour guide, was really helpful and even gave recommendations that we followed and loved. Because of that, everyone on the tour was cooperative and no one acted out, since we never felt rushed for time.

Our driver, Xiao Ma was on time, nice and efficient. We managed to go to all places we wanted to see in Furano/Biei from Farm Tomita, Shikisai No Oka, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Mt. Tokachi and Ningle Terrace. We even had a nice lunch in a small restaurant on the way to Blue Pond. We were glad that we chartered this, so we can enjoy all those places at our own pace.

因為我們當中有比較年長的家人，而且對北海道景點不太清楚，所以選擇了這個活動。 供應商的同事和導遊司機會在出發的早一天跟我們聯絡，出發那天導遊球球準時到達酒店接我們。 在這裏十分感謝導遊球球，讓我們能看到一個接一個以往只能從網上看到的北海道美景。導遊球球很照顧我們一行人，讓整個行程充滿愉快和安心。 很幸運參與了這個活動，令我們一家能既舒適又安心地去看到富良野和美瑛的美景！ 在不太熟悉日語的情況下，有一位能用熟悉的語言溝通的人是令人十分感恩的事！ 如果想和家人輕鬆舒適的遊覧北海道，這是一個很不錯的選擇。

12/19當天參團。這個一日遊沒有網友分享評價，當初下定很猶豫。 報名後有成團很開心。當天只有8名成員，用小巴接送，一整個包車模式，人少好控制，大家都沒遲到。 07:10-09:45 開車。 09:45-10:15 聖誕樹拍照30分鐘，這時間過來遊客少很多，可以有完美角度照相。 10:15-10:25 開車。 10:25-11:00 拓真館拍照35分鐘，這點超好拍，美翻了。 11:00-11:25 開車。 11:25-11:45 白鬚瀑布拍照20分鐘，還是美。 11:45-12:05 開車。 12:05-13:40 美瑛小鎮散步90分鐘。 13:40-14:40 開車。 14:40-15:40 森林精靈露台1小時，因為是小車，所以沒停到10分鐘路程遠的遊覽車停車場，直接停在露臺門前的汽車停車場，超方便。不過此團的時間，不能看到點燈喔，大概16:00才會點燈，介意的人注意。所以我選擇脫團，自行待到晚上點燈，看好看滿再回旭川住宿，隔天再去看企鵝散步。 整體這次一日遊感覺非常好，天氣好，車況好，導遊兼司機服務好，花少錢有包車模式，一整個賺到~ 不知道人多用遊覽車的話，服務不知道會不會不一樣，就我這次來說，非常推薦~
