After trying another place last time, I decided to try Yuet Lok House this time. The location, environment, and service were all good. The only thing was that my shoulders couldn't stay warm during the hair wash, so I felt quite cold the whole time. I'll buy again next time.

Be sure to ask for Sister Ah Fen! Her massage is powerful and incredibly comfortable! When I entered the massage room, the electric blanket was already on – so thoughtful! The boss lady also gives a head massage while washing your hair! After washing, she even styles your hair nicely. It's a fantastic experience with high value for money! I'll definitely be back again 😊

Upon entering, you'll first sign in and fill out some information. After a brief explanation, you'll change into a bathrobe for the hot stone spa. For my first hot stone spa experience, the temperature wasn't as high as I expected, which was a comfortable temperature to lie in, and the time seemed to fly by. Finally, you'll sign again and drink something that tastes very much like a vegetable and fruit juice, but in reality, it tastes like tea.

This is a good place to have your ME TIME! Walkable from the nearest MRT station and not that difficult to find the shop. Just use Google Maps and it will be helpful. The workers there don't seem local and they can't speak English, so if you can speak Mandarin or use a translator, it would be helpful to communicate better with them. Before they assigned a therapist to me, I felt a little uneasy hearing them talking and giggling in their own language (maybe when they realized I understand Mandarin, so they spoke their language instead), but I didn't bother to make it an issue. The therapist that served me had good skills in massage and Vietnamese hair wash treatment. The price was worth it too, so if you need your ME TIME, there's no harm in trying the services here. 🥰
