The tour guide was very thoughtful in reminding us of the drop-off location. The night tour was very convenient and a great arrangement for easily enjoying the light and water show.

It was my first jump, and I didn't hesitate to choose the highest spot. I got a Halloween promotion along with a KBank Debit card promotion, and then a Klook promotion on top of that, making it even cheaper. The staff took great care of me. It was an absolutely amazing life experience! Bucket list checked off. So happy I got to do it before turning thirty, lol. Life is ours to live, use it! It might truly be our last life. It made me realize that fear and anxiety can exist, but they can't hold us back. If anyone's interested, go for it! You also get free ice cream after the jump. You can pick it up upstairs where you jumped, right at the registration counter.

The indoor slide and car ride were super fun the kids absolutely loved it! The playground was clean, safe, and full of activities to keep everyone entertained. It was such a great place for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Everybody had fun!

We had such a fun time! Both the indoor and outdoor slides were amazing everyone enjoyed them. There’s also food available inside, which made it really convenient. Overall, a great place to spend the day with family and friends!

Coach: Our coach, Brandon, was excellent. He was encouraging and accompanied us on our walk, giving us ample time to prepare for the walking challenges. He encouraged us while safely guiding us to take photos with self-selected poses, rather than performing dangerous stunts. Experience: Only Nestlé ice cream was available on-site, not the advertised Mövenpick ice cream, which was disappointing. The face painter and on-site staff were very enthusiastic ❤️ and memorable.

The Klook buy-one-get-one-free offer is really great value. The water park facilities are new and clean, and there's an unlimited supply of towels. It's definitely worth a visit!
