Our experience with this Pinnacles Desert tour was truly memorable! Bus driver Gordon was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile by offering to drop us off directly at our hotel, even though it wasn’t on the designated drop-off list — a gesture we really appreciated, especially as it was already late. However, do be mindful of the pickup location if it's at Northbridge as there wasn't a clear coach bay marked out, hence we were unclear where to exactly wait for the tour bus. Fortunately, it was a large tour bus so it was well spotted by us. Recommended to be at the pick up point up to 15 mins early. Our tour guide, Jonathan, was engaging and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights throughout the journey that made the trip both fun and educational for me and my family. Just a side note, you top up 20 AUD to enjoy lobster for your dinner, if not the other choices are the usual options chicken burger and fish & chips. If you're looking for a well-organised tour that not only covers transport and meals but also includes enriching activities like stargazing and a visit to Yanchep National Park, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! :)

Sehr sachkundiger Führer! Gut geplant und organisiert. Das BBQ-Buffet war gut, auch mit vegetarischen Optionen. An alles wurde gedacht – von Ferngläsern, Teleskopen bis hin zu Decken für die kühlen Stunden in der Wüste. Auch das Sandboarding hat extrem viel Spaß gemacht. Diese Erfahrung ist definitiv empfehlenswert!

Wildlife Park animals are cute. Kids' favorite sand dune and 4WD ride. Long lunch time at Lobster Shack due to New Year crowd. Sand dune visit was shortened. Also visited Pinnacle. Guide was helpful. Spoke throughout the journey, which could be reduced a bit to give some rest time.

I joined the 3-day tour and visited some of the best scenic landmarks in Western Australia. Our drivers for the tour were Jon and Robert, and they were both professional, punctual, and helpful, giving us clear instructions at every stop. The itinerary was also well-planned and paced, making it a convenient and great way to explore WA without driving. A special shout-out to Robert for being so humorous and friendly. I enjoyed his stories and insights into WA throughout the trip!

This time, a Japanese family of three participated in the tour with the Pink Lake as their main destination. Thanks to our tour guide, Tao, it became a very good memory. Since our child was 7 years old, we were a bit worried about bus travel, but thanks to Tao's professional coordination skills and service-mindedness, it was a very satisfying sightseeing tour. Although we don't understand Chinese, we were able to spend our time comfortably thanks to Tao's English. In addition to the tour destinations, we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Perth, Australia, by stopping at supermarkets and kangaroo parks whenever time permitted. Thanks to Tao, our family of three had a fun and good experience. Thank you very much. This is a sightseeing tour I would recommend to other Japanese people as well. Thank you!
