It was easy to redeem the tickets from the counter. You will need to walk through a trail to get to the cave entrance. It was a short walk and there were plenty of information boards to share some facts about Australia and about cave formations. The walk/climb in the cave took about 1.5 hours. It was manageable for our 7 and 3-year-olds. The kids enjoyed the kids' tunnel experience the most! After the cave, the trail continued and we found ourselves at a playground! Really happy that the kids could enjoy the place with all the facilities that they provided.

Natural scenery, these stalactites are well-preserved, and the staff are friendly and provide simple explanations. The only drawback is that the humidity inside the cave is relatively high, making it a bit stuffy and hot. It's best to avoid wearing too many clothes.

We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel near Perth station. The itinerary was well-paced. At the end of the tour, a tip of five dollars is requested. The ideal group size is about 15 people. We enjoyed the tour.

Would recommend joining this tour if you are into Seaview and spending some time briefly at the vineyard.

Amazing experience and truly enjoy the entire trip there. It’s easy to navigate the cave with steps and hand rails available and cave is also pretty well lighted to highlight the beautiful natural formation. I just buy the tickets when I reached there and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just remember to go to the toilet before you head into the cave as you will spend around an hour inside in.
