Our tour guide and driver, Stephen, was excellent. He explained everything clearly and was very efficient. We enjoyed all the attractions and would definitely recommend him to friends! 👍🏼👍🏼

Tour guide Curtis was very dedicated and meticulous, and the itinerary was perfectly arranged. Throughout the trip, he provided explanations in both Mandarin and English. Although the itinerary was packed, it never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

The meeting point at Mail Exchange Hotel is very convenient, but the hotel does not allow outside visitors to use the restrooms, so it's best to prepare in advance. There were about 10 people on the tour bus, and Leelee was our tour guide and driver for the day. She was very proactive in explaining things, and her driving was very safe. The animals at the zoo were very close, but it's best to go in the morning because kangaroos won't come to be fed if it's too hot. The koalas were also very cute. Unfortunately, we couldn't take photos at Penguin Island, but the experience was very enjoyable. Remember to wear plenty of clothes because it's very cold.

This is an 8-9 hour long activity. The meeting point is easy to find (e.g., the bus bay opposite The Hotel Windsor). Please note there is no shelter, so be prepared for rainy weather. The tour guide (Lorraine) is amazing. She's funny, informative, and took us to great spots for Instagram-worthy pictures, wallet-friendly food places, and was very patient. This is a must-do activity, especially if you have kids (note that strollers/prams are not allowed).

Penguins are cute, Puffing Billy is a great experience, and you also see other animals like wallabies and grey ducks. The tour guide was clear and nice.
