I had a very satisfying trip. Most other sites offered half-day tours with join-ins, which felt too short, and private tours were too expensive and not much longer. I was also worried about calling a Grab or Bolt to get there, as reviews mentioned it being difficult to find one for the return trip. While searching, I found the perfect tour on Klook and booked it. I was quite anxious after booking due to many concerning reviews, such as drivers being late, charging extra for the Pink Zone, or not knowing the way and thus unable to provide guidance. So, I inquired beforehand about the inclusion of the Pink Zone and researched many reviews for Khao Kheow Open Zoo, preparing myself to navigate alone if the driver didn't know the way. However, in conclusion, a very smart driver arrived and guided us exceptionally well. He gave excellent directions and even suggested the Pink Zone first. I was worried about the rental time being delayed, but he reassured me. We spent about an hour in the Pink Zone before moving to the Green Zone, and since it was a weekday, we were able to rent a cart easily with almost no waiting. The car was very clean, the driver's guidance was smart, and he was punctual. It was a very satisfying tour. Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel for its pool and beach, and it was truly fantastic for the kids. The hotel grounds are extensive, and the beach is right across the street! If you're staying in the villa area, you'll need to contact a golf cart for transportation to the pool or restaurant. The individual villa rooms are spacious, but the facilities really need renovation; at the very least, a fresh coat of paint would make a big difference. The floors creak and shake, and because there are many geckos outside, some also get inside, which made showering quite unnerving. However, the staff were all very friendly, and overall, it was still a lot of fun!

We hired a private transfer for 3 people as the journey to the location would take about an hour. It was a pleasant experience to see some animals roaming freely. However, we missed shows like the penguin parade and elephant bathing. The zoo is divided by a green zone, where there are shuttles you can take at every stop, and even golf carts available for rent. But in the pink zone, there's a lot of walking involved. We thought that renting a cart would only be allowed in the green zone, but I saw some carts even going into the pink zone. So, if you visit this place, it's better to rent a golf cart if you don't want to sweat too much.

A super beautiful place, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. Currently, the first phase of a total of three phases has been completed. I'm really looking forward to seeing what phases two and three will look like when they're finished.

I loved it! It was my first time here. There weren't many people on a weekday, so I could take photos comfortably. Buying tickets from Klook was very convenient.
