Thanks to our guide Hiyo-chan, we had a wonderful Biei tour! I was quite concerned since I was traveling with my parents, but the spacious seating and well-managed schedule were perfect. We even went to the Genghis Khan restaurant right after the tour and tried it! It was truly delicious, with no unpleasant smell at all – simply the best. Thank you again for printing out photos for us at the end; it feels so different to have a physical print rather than just keeping them digitally. I also learned for the first time about the difference between Waku Waku and Doki Doki~ I'll use Waku Waku again next time for more excitement! -Thank you!

The hotel opened in October, so all facilities are very new and clean. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, always greeting us proactively. The breakfast quality is excellent; although there aren't many options, everything is very exquisite 👍; the swimming pool is heated, which is great.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new and clean. Service: The staff's attitude is very satisfactory; they proactively greet and assist you. Cleanliness: The room is very clean, and the bed is very large, comfortably accommodating a family of three. Hotel Location: If driving, it's a 10-minute drive to the city center for shopping and dining, which is very convenient. Transportation Convenience: There's also a subway station nearby, only one or two stops from Sapporo Station.

The crab dishes are incredibly diverse, and you can taste how fresh the crab is. Every dish tastes great, and the entire set is very filling, almost too much. If you want to experience exquisite crab cuisine, I highly recommend it!

easy to book and can be used right away. we just booked while we were at the free shuttle bus to the ropeway entrance. just exchange voucher with physical tix at the counter. ease of booking on Klook: very good

Biei Tour with Koni-chan. The course is excellent. There isn't a single place to skip in Biei, from the must-see Blue Pond, Shirogane Blue Pond, Takushinkan, and Shikisai-no-Oka! And Koni-chan, our guide for the bus tour, was so delightful! The weather was cloudy and rainy, which was really disappointing, but thanks to Koni-chan's informative explanations about Hokkaido's history and the best times and places to visit, we had a great time throughout the bus ride! (She explained everything so well and entertainingly. :D) If I ever come to Sapporo again, I definitely want to take the Biei tour once more. My friend and I made wonderful memories. (She takes amazing photos... she's the best!). Thank you, Koni-chan!!

Although physical tickets had to be exchanged at the counter, the exchange process was very quick. The weather was excellent on the day we visited the observation deck, allowing us to see far into the distance. This observation deck is a highly recommended place to visit.
