Passeios por Bomun Lake

The itinerary was fantastic! The tour group arranged for us to see the cherry blossoms at Bomun Lake and Daereungwon in Gyeongju. Seeing the cherry blossoms in full bloom and the cherry blossom snow was both joyful and moving. What's particularly worth mentioning are the best tour guides I've ever met, Cindy and Juna. At one point, we followed the wrong group and lost a phone. Throughout the journey, Cindy and Juna, with very limited clues, helped us contact people and retrieve the phone. They really didn't have to help, it was purely out of their kindness and enthusiasm. After the tour ended, Cindy was still worried about our language barrier and accompanied us to pick up the phone. I was truly touched. If I could give 5000 stars, I would gladly do so. This was an excellent travel experience!

Having been on two different types of tours (self-guided vs. guided), I can honestly say Steven has made me appreciate guided tours so much more! We were already impressed that he was the driver and English guide, but he also spoke Mandarin fluently, which was very impressive. I hope he gets paid for doing three people's jobs! He was also very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and always provided more information if we asked for it. We definitely learned more about Korean history through Steven on this tour, which we might not have enjoyed as much otherwise. For improvements (nitpicking here), although I liked the pick-up service, since we were the first to be picked up, it felt a bit long-winded before we could finally get out of Busan. It wasn't a massive problem for us, however, perhaps you could consider starting a little earlier so we could get back without rushing at the end! Many thanks for the tour regardless, I would recommend it!

I super enjoyed this tour! The tour is very informative, it helps widen my knowledge about Korea’s history. Also, Kayla is really engaging and accomodating. She made sure that her participants listens to her and even provide suggestions to try at Gyeongju. Hands down! I highly recommend this tour. Hopefully I could visit Gyeongju again on a different season (autumn or cherry blossoms). 💕💯

Ich konnte die Landschaft genießen, detaillierte Geschichten über jeden Ort erfahren und wunderschöne Fotos von mir als bleibende Erinnerung machen lassen. Jesse war ein All-in-One-Paket – Reiseleiter, Fahrer und Fotograf. Trotz Staus während der Chuseok-Feiertage und einiger geschlossener Attraktionen blieb er ruhig, organisiert und machte das Erlebnis angenehm. Alle Fotos, die er gemacht hat, waren fantastisch. Sehr empfehlenswert und absolut lohnenswert.

Many thanks to Tour Guide Zheng for the detailed explanations. From the pre-trip notification, which meticulously covered weather and meal recommendations, it was clear that he is a very thoughtful guide. During the tour, he also humorously recounted Gyeongju's historical anecdotes, making the trip feel stress-free! Although we couldn't find parking due to a local festival in Gyeongju on a weekend, which affected our schedule, Tour Guide Zheng quickly resolved the issue, allowing us to complete our sightseeing. If you're traveling to Gyeongju and don't want to rush for public transport, I highly recommend joining a one-day tour.

Only 8 people joined this tour on the day we signed up for. We traveled in a larger car. Kim was a good tour guide and speaks English and Chinese. The temple was normal and large. The UNESCO village was very, very beautiful!!! We had a nice walk around after lunch. Lunch was beef bulgogi and delicious. Pay the restaurant directly. The night view was beautiful, and we finished early as it gets darker earlier in winter. We left around 6 PM but got caught in a traffic jam. We only reached the Nampo area around 8 PM. Overall, a good day trip when in Busan.

What a wonderful day, much of the credit goes to our excellent tour guides, Mimi and Cindy. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Mimi was quick to answer any question or take a picture. Traveling solo, Cindy took the time to personally make sure I was happy. The cherry blossoms were amazing! The history of the area was fascinating, highlighted by a visit to the royal tombs. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. It was an experience of a lifetime.
