Fitness Facilities: After enjoying the buffet, we had to rush to the gym. My family members entered around 9:35 pm, and by 10 pm, all the lights were turned off. The elevator area was pitch black, with only the elevator buttons illuminated. Is this how you treat guests? Can we use the facilities on the second day? There were two breakfast sessions, and we chose the 9 am slot. Because the swimming pool opened late, we couldn't swim in the morning before eating. It's also not advisable to exercise right after eating. The main point is that after the meal, it was almost time to prepare for check-out. If we chose an earlier meal session, we would have to eat quickly and then wait for digestion before exercising. In summary, the facility opening hours prevented guests from having a relaxing stay. Perfect accommodation in the heart of Hong Kong. Accessible transportation. Very easy to go around since the MTR station is just outside the hotel. We booked a family room and had a nice view of the stadium for jockey/horse racing. My kids loved our short stay.
