Well-organized tour without too much waiting, which can sometimes happen. Dunkin, our guide, was very friendly and the places we visited were magnificent. Good luck to those who will climb the steps of Wat Tham Suea! It's really worth it.

Great experience, our tour guide Timm/Teem/Team was very punctual and knowledgeable about Krabi and answered any questions we had thoroughly. The group size was also not too big. Would Highly recommend. Got to see a little bit of everything.

Everything was perfect, on time and according to the itinerary! The pick-up was on time at the hotel. At the meeting point, there were many more snacks, coffee, and juice available compared to other companies! The restrooms were also very clean and well-stocked with toilet paper! Our guide was Poppy, and she was very friendly. There was another person supporting her, and since I was traveling alone, they offered to take pictures for me. We traveled between sections on a large bus, and I could always get bottled water. Basically, this tour has a set meeting time, but then you have free time. I was happy that I could move around as I pleased! I didn't expect much from the natural hot spring, but it was better than I imagined! Even though it was a tour, they gave us about an hour to soak leisurely. It was the perfect temperature, not too hot and not too cold, where you'd start to sweat gently after about 10 minutes. We also went to the Blue Pool beyond the Emerald Pool, but it was a bit of a distance and I got tired... Climbing to the top of the mountain at Tiger Temple was very tough, haha, I was drenched in sweat. The lunch buffet was also delicious and satisfying.

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough! Our driver, Man, was absolutely incredible—punctual, courteous, helpful, and just all-around fantastic. He went above and beyond by taking photos for us at several of our stops and even brought us to a delicious local restaurant for lunch. After each stop, he always had the car cool and ready to go with the AC running, which was such a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Truly, Man made our day so smooth and enjoyable—I’d recommend him without hesitation!

We had an amazing experience with Krabi Car Charter! The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our driver, Tan, was one of the best we’ve ever had—safe, professional, and incredibly courteous. We truly felt like VIPs the entire time. We also opted for an English-speaking tour guide, Mos (John), who was fantastic—knowledgeable about everything in Krabi and always ready to capture beautiful moments for us. This service made our trip unforgettable and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Krabi!

This Old Town day tour was truly excellent value, all thanks to our guide, Michael Jackson (who calls himself the Takeshi Kaneshiro of Thailand)! He was full of energy all day, and his professionalism was simply perfect. He is Thai, but speaks both Chinese and English extremely fluently. Especially when explaining dynastic history in Chinese, his logic was very clear, and there were absolutely no communication barriers. What impressed us most was that he even brought his own exquisite historical materials and before-and-after comparison photos, allowing us to compare the ancient sites with their past appearance. History instantly came alive, no longer just looking at stone buildings. During the tour, he also patiently taught us to speak Thai. Under the scorching Bangkok sun, he always thoughtfully helped us find shady spots for photos and explanations, making our trip relaxed and comfortable. We truly hope every group can encounter such an excellent guide like Michael Jackson. He added so much to this trip!
