Passeios por Xplor Theme Park

OMG. He estado aquí 4 veces. Las 4 han sido geniales y únicas, pero esta vez ha sido la mejor. Desde la taquilla hasta la recepción (una recepción increíblemente acogedora) y la mejor guía (Diana) las 4 veces que he venido aquí, nunca me ha decepcionado, pero esta vez fue excepcional. Me encanta este lugar y seguiré regresando solo y con amigos tantas veces como pueda. Mi lugar turístico favorito en México. A pesar de ser un lugar turístico, te tratan como a un huésped valioso/parte de la familia. Volveré una y otra vez.

This was a BRILLIANT tour. 10/10 would recommend. It is a long day (started at 6:30am back at 7:30pm) but well worth it and great value for money. The tour guides and driver were great and very knowledgeable. We also asked the tour operator to delay by a day due to sickness of my partner and they were very communicative and accommodating. The only thing if you are booking from Playa del Carmen do not pay extra for hotel pick up! All Playa del Carmen hotels in this tour are local pick up from a designated spot (it was only 3 min walk from our hotel luckily). Great value for money for what you get. Make sure to take some cash to tip the guides and driver as they were worth it. The bus had AC and toilet which was needed as a long time on the bus.

Overall, it was a great experience. We saw many turtles and also a stingray. The cenote was also a very unique experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Me encantó la experiencia. El atardecer fue precioso, la vida acuática era muy exuberante (los arrecifes de coral eran normales, ¡pero había muchos peces que ver!), la barra libre mantuvo a todos contentos, la comida del buffet estaba deliciosa, ¡y hubo mucho baile encantador en el barco!

brilliant for Whale watching but description of trip said 2hrs free time at beach, we didn't get that. we stayed on boat whole time

El guía turístico fue excepcional. Me lo pasé de maravilla aprendiendo muchas cosas en Chichén Itzá. La comida del buffet estaba deliciosa; tenían buenas opciones tanto para carnívoros como para vegetarianos. Ojalá hubiera habido más tiempo para disfrutar del cenote, se sintió apresurado al hacer la cena en el cenote y la degustación de tequila todo a la vez. Pero en general, fue verdaderamente uno de los mejores días que experimenté durante mi viaje.

Great tour with excellent sites!

The snorkeling part of the day was extremely disappointing. There was nothing to see other than a few fish and very small, dull corals. It was also done in dark water, not clear water. I regret joining and should have just stayed on the boat. The buffet was alright, but definitely could have been better. I wasn't a fan of the overall day.
