We were amazed by the service offered by the Spa. They even arranged a private transport to pick us up from our hotel. We opted for the 1.5 hour massage service and the masseuse is very professional, we felt so comfortable after the service. Will definitely go there again.

I should've chosen the other package 😅 or better yet, called the massage shop directly because the Klook massages are limited 😬 Also, the therapist I got wasn't very good. I got bruises from too much pressure even though I asked for a soft massage only 😩 and the massages weren't relaxing at all, it felt like she was in a hurry 😬 But I still gave a tip. I will still go back here though 💗

Trải nghiệm massage tuyệt vời nhất từ trước đến nay. Không gian spa rất hoàn hảo. Phòng massage rất thư giãn. Chuyên viên trị liệu rất chú ý đến nhu cầu của tôi, cô ấy rất giỏi. Tôi sẽ quay lại Việt Nam vì cô ấy. Rất đáng để giới thiệu.

The best decision to have a message on my last night in Hoi An. I highly recommend this Spa, the therapist is very good at what she do, always ask and making sure that I’m ok, that I’m comfortable with the pressure she put on. All the staff was so warm and helpful, they even booked a car for me to my hotel. Free Snack was served also after the massage. Very satisfied!!

As soon as we got off the car, the staff greeted us at the entrance with a kind smile, guiding us all the way to change into our swimsuits (provided by them, including disposable underwear), then taking us to the spa pool. They offered welcome juice, and right next to the spa pool was the mud bath. While we were in the spa pool, they were filling the mud bath. The whole process was unhurried, making us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The mud bath water was warm, but after about 20 minutes, the children couldn't take it anymore. A staff member asked if they wanted to go to the swimming pool and even provided swimming rings. There were staff members attending to every area, and the place was very spacious, not crowded at all. We arrived at 9 AM, and there wasn't a single other group of guests. Next time we have the chance to visit Phu Quoc, we will definitely come back for the mud bath!

Căn phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh và có mùi thơm dễ chịu của tinh dầu thiên nhiên. Điều tôi thực sự đánh giá cao là sự chú ý đến từng chi tiết: khăn ấm, giường thoải mái, nhạc nền nhẹ nhàng, và thậm chí là một tách trà gừng sảng khoái sau đó. Giá cả rất hợp lý so với chất lượng dịch vụ, và họ cung cấp nhiều gói đa dạng, từ mát-xa chân đến các liệu pháp toàn thân.

a perfect way to end our trip! started with a tray of goodies with a cup of cold tea. the massage experience was one for the books. felt very refreshed right after. staff were very nice and accomodating. highly recommended.
