The driver and tour leader are nice and friendly, they explain everything about Melbourne city, and the drivers are on time for picking us up.

Beautiful Williamstown, good vibe and relaxing around the harbourside! Nice cruising journey too :)

A must-do tour for anyone who wants to know the city's history. The tour guide, Marc, provides us with detailed historical explanations!

The Sovereign Hill tour guide was very friendly. However, there were a few disappointments. The Klook description mentioned that we could dress up in authentic 1850s attire, but we didn't see any opportunity to do so. The botanical gardens were also underwhelming; they didn't have any flowers, just regular plants. The indoor greenhouse, which might have had flowers, was under renovation. As a result, visiting the botanical gardens felt like a waste of time. They should not have included this stop in the itinerary if it wasn't open.

Really enjoyed the Great Ocean Road tour! William, our driver and guide, was wonderful and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. He made the long drive enjoyable and the whole experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this tour!

I love Melbourne!!! Our guide, Lockey/Lachie/Lockheed (whatever the spelling of his name is lol) was great! He was both the driver and the tour guide, so bubbly and attentive, and made jokes throughout the tour. I just loved this tour so much, and I made two solo traveler friends on this trip. Highly recommended, I’m still in awe of this place, very lucky to see it. Earth is so amazing. I’d love to bring my family here when I get the chance. Thanks Klook and thanks Explore Australia!

Vance is a Hong Konger who speaks fluent Cantonese and has an excellent grasp of itineraries. If you don't understand English, you can ask him in Cantonese. He is kind and ready to help. I joined this tour in Melbourne and found it highly cost-effective and thoughtful. It included many stops for restrooms and visits to famous cake shops. I highly recommend signing up for this tour—10 out of 10!
