This activity is divided into two parts. Honestly, the itinerary content was excellent, the only drawback was that all the meeting points provided were incorrect. There was no response from online customer service before departure when I asked questions. In the morning, I barely managed to find the Alhambra, but only after the other party called me to tell me the correct location. The meeting point for Albaicín in the afternoon was completely wrong. Just as I was about to give up, the travel agency called me and told me the correct meeting point: "Plaza Isabel la Catolica, centro Granada." I hope you can update the activity details so that future tourists can correctly find the meeting points.

El punto de encuentro es en el centro de visitantes, en el segundo piso, lejos de la entrada. Necesitamos un poco de ayuda ya que había diferentes grupos. Nos equiparon con una radio con auricular por 1 € para escuchar a nuestro guía con claridad. Nuestro guía, Andy, fue paciente y muy complaciente. Nos divertimos explorando la Alhambra.

The trip is long, and the one-way journey time is 2.5 hours, so the trip should start early, at least by 8 am. Also, there is a need to bring a passport or any national ID with a picture, which was not mentioned anywhere and could therefore create issues. Although the authorities were gracious enough to let us enter the palace with a scanned copy, it was also a surprise as it was not mentioned in any email or on the Klook app. The guide from Malaga was good, but his English could be better, and he could be more warm and humorous rather than a strict person. The guide in Alhambra was good. Overall, the trip is worth doing, with a lot of walking throughout the day in Granada town and Alhambra... be prepared.

La visita guiada a la Alhambra y el Generalife es imprescindible para los viajeros que deseen conocer la historia del lugar. El guía explicó los detalles muy bien. También nos dieron tiempo para explorar el lugar por nuestra cuenta.

On October 17th, we entered at 9 AM and finished at 12 PM, touring in a group of about 15 people. The guide, who spoke English, explained everything in very easy-to-understand English, making it detailed and fascinating at every spot. It was very interesting as he specifically explained the historical background, relationships with neighboring countries, and the influence of different religions. The Summer Palace, in particular, was so good that I visited it twice. I walked almost 15,000 steps in one day and went around the Alhambra one more time, as re-entry was allowed.
