Lamma Island

This time, for a staycation celebrating an elder's birthday, we booked five rooms. The rooms were elegant and clean. We booked the buffet and breakfast, and the food was acceptable. I strongly request improvements to the opening hours of the swimming pool and fitness facilities: Swimming Pool: 9 am - 7 pm Fitness Facilities: 7:30 am - 10 pm If we want to use the facilities on the day of check-in, we have to use the swimming pool first because it closes early and opens late. If we can check in on time at 3 pm, we have to rush to the swimming pool. This time, two rooms were not ready on time, only becoming available around 3:40 pm. Furthermore, some family members arrived at the hotel after 7 p.m., rushing to enjoy the buffet. Of course, they couldn't use the swimming pool facilities. Fitness Facilities: After enjoying the buffet, we had to rush to the gym. My family members entered around 9:35 pm, and by 10 pm, all the lights were turned off. The elevator area was pitch black, with only the elevator buttons illuminated. Is this how you treat guests? Can we use the facilities on the second day? There were two breakfast sessions, and we chose the 9 am slot. Because the swimming pool opened late, we couldn't swim in the morning before eating. It's also not advisable to exercise right after eating. The main point is that after the meal, it was almost time to prepare for check-out. If we chose an earlier meal session, we would have to eat quickly and then wait for digestion before exercising. In summary, the facility opening hours prevented guests from having a relaxing stay. Suggestions: Swimming Pool: 6:30 am - 10 pm Fitness Facilities: 7:30 am - 12 am In fact, having experienced many hotel staycations, Fullerton's facility hours are late to open and early to close.

The food quality is high, and there are many choices, especially desserts. The Halloween decorations also create a great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly too.

We went to eat on the 30th, and I was surprised that there was still a buy-one-get-one-free promotion the day before Halloween. The atmosphere was great, and the food maintained its usual variety and high quality; the lamb chops were very tender. It's the only hotel I've eaten at where the lobster is served hot. Plus, there's a wide variety of desserts.

There were many Halloween decorations, creating a festive atmosphere, and we had a pleasant evening.

It's been a long time since I last visited Ocean Park's Halloween event! I indirectly visited the pandas, penguins, and other small animals. In the evening, we explored the haunted houses and watched the shows. Every haunted house was fantastic, and the performances were also great, with staff interacting with visitors. We had a wonderful time.
