Even if you don't know your schedule, you can book at the last minute, go to the Peak Tram, purchase your ticket right before the entrance, and enter with the QR code on your voucher.

At The Peak tram building entrance, head over to Madam Tussauds to exchange your ticket to The Peak tickets. Use it to scan the turnstiles for the tram and the Skydeck (top floor). For Madam Tussauds, use your Klook voucher. Don’t throw your Peak ticket as it serves as your roundtrip ticket. Then, sit on the right side going up and the left side going down.

The hotel is located right in front of a tram stop, so make sure you have your Octopus metro card. The hotel offers free bus drop-offs to nearby places at scheduled times, including a drop-off for the Airport Express train. The staff and breakfast are good. Although this hotel does not have convenience stores nearby, you only have to walk a few blocks. Foodpanda works, but they drop off the food at the lobby, which is fine. The hotel is clean, and there are free water stations on every floor. There are no toiletries, so bring your own. And oh yes, it's located behind a cemetery, but it's okay.

Buy one get one free is great value. I love the quiet and elegant environment, and the service is excellent. Although there aren't many food choices, the lunch is sufficient, and both the hot food and desserts are delicious! 👍😋

This time, for a staycation celebrating an elder's birthday, we booked five rooms. The rooms were elegant and clean. We booked the buffet and breakfast, and the food was acceptable. I strongly request improvements to the opening hours of the swimming pool and fitness facilities: Swimming Pool: 9 am - 7 pm Fitness Facilities: 7:30 am - 10 pm If we want to use the facilities on the day of check-in, we have to use the swimming pool first because it closes early and opens late. If we can check in on time at 3 pm, we have to rush to the swimming pool. This time, two rooms were not ready on time, only becoming available around 3:40 pm. Furthermore, some family members arrived at the hotel after 7 p.m., rushing to enjoy the buffet. Of course, they couldn't use the swimming pool facilities. Fitness Facilities: After enjoying the buffet, we had to rush to the gym. My family members entered around 9:35 pm, and by 10 pm, all the lights were turned off. The elevator area was pitch black, with only the elevator buttons illuminated. Is this how you treat guests? Can we use the facilities on the second day? There were two breakfast sessions, and we chose the 9 am slot. Because the swimming pool opened late, we couldn't swim in the morning before eating. It's also not advisable to exercise right after eating. The main point is that after the meal, it was almost time to prepare for check-out. If we chose an earlier meal session, we would have to eat quickly and then wait for digestion before exercising. In summary, the facility opening hours prevented guests from having a relaxing stay. Suggestions: Swimming Pool: 6:30 am - 10 pm Fitness Facilities: 7:30 am - 12 am In fact, having experienced many hotel staycations, Fullerton's facility hours are late to open and early to close.
