I purchased a scalp treatment offer through Klook and was very satisfied with the experience. The booking process was smooth, and upon arrival, I was immediately served warm tea and snacks. My scalp was thoroughly examined with professional equipment, and the therapist explained everything patiently and clearly. The 100-minute premium comprehensive treatment was conducted in a private room, including deep cleansing, Japanese micro-mist infusion, Hair Spa, soothing massage, and hot stone therapy. Each step was meticulous and precise, allowing for complete relaxation. Afterwards, I enjoyed exquisite refreshments and an additional pre-booked haircut service, which yielded ideal results. Before leaving, I also received beautifully packaged trial sizes of shampoo and conditioner, a delightful and thoughtful surprise. Finally, I purchased scalp essence and joined a discount program for ongoing care. The entire process was professional and comfortable. It's a wonderful way to pamper myself occasionally, and I felt particularly cheerful afterwards. I highly recommend it!

It was a bit of a hard sell, and the consultation before the facial was a bit too long. They tried to persuade me to switch to other treatments more suited to my skin, and it took a while before I could go into the room. After entering the room, no robe was provided, and I had to wait a bit after asking for one. The treatment included cleansing + exfoliation + some blackhead extraction and eyebrow shaping + machine infusion + manual massage + RF eye treatment + mud mask (the RF eye treatment was a complimentary extra). The machine infusion and RF eye treatment felt a bit unreasonably short compared to other places, then it moved on to the facial massage. I was a bit surprised that the RF eye treatment lasted quite a long time. The results were okay. After the treatment, they tried to sell me a package, a new customer grid system, 350 per grid, starting from 8 grids (you can choose aqua peel, and other different treatments also deduct one grid). Overall, it was okay, except for the slight selling.

My hair is still feeling and looking healthy even after going back to the Philippines (a humid country). Their products are indeed quality! Plus, the service is definitely worth the price! Super relaxing 🫶🏻 I will surely come back over and over again 🥺🫶🏻

Convenient location. Effective blackhead and stray hair removal, facial cleansing with a machine, and a face mask application. The technique was excellent and effective. After the treatment, soup was provided, and they introduced other services.

Seeing how well her skin is maintained and her strong recommendation for Natura Bisse, I decided to try this Spanish royal brand. Upon entering the store, a friendly staff member led me to a room. Although the room wasn't large, it felt comfortable. During the facial, I could feel that the beautician was meticulous and professional. I especially loved the Glyco Peeling exfoliation; even though it felt a bit tingly and itchy, my skin was very radiant afterwards, and my pores appeared smaller. Then, the beautician applied serum and massaged my face, which was very comfortable! The results were also excellent! For a 5-star brand like this, being able to redeem my preferred products afterwards makes it incredibly good value! Superb 👍🏻

Nice experience. Good amount of simple solid colors to choose from. The technician who did my nails was very detail oriented and also took a good care of my nails at the time I had shorter nails.
