Passeios por Incheon Chinatown

Driver/guide, Kim was very professional and attentive with all his tour arrangements, he queued with us for the rail bike and helped take pictures for us when we busy riding. Appreciate and thankful for his thoughtfulness to re park his car nearer to the site so that we have less walking after the ride.

This itinerary offered different insights into South Korea compared to the usual Seoul tours. The tour was well-paced with a small group size. CJ was our driver-guide who explained things well and shared a lot about Korean culture and history. The savory jajangmyeon he recommended at Incheon Chinatown was also very delicious! The rail bike and luge rides provided scenic views, and the luge ride was especially memorable. Feeding the seagulls was fun too!

I had such an awesome one-day tour in Seoul during my layover at Incheon Airport! We visited Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ikseon-dong, Insadong, and Starfield COEX — all in one day, and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Each place had its own charm, from traditional Korean vibes to super modern spots. Our guide, Mr. Lee, was amazing!👍👍 He was super friendly, fun, and full of interesting stories about Korean history and culture. He made everything so easy and enjoyable, and his energy really made the trip special. If you’ve got a long transit in Incheon, I totally recommend this tour — you’ll get a real taste of Seoul in just one day.😌↕️

Two days before departure, I received an email from the local company stating that due to insufficient staff, the trip had to be postponed by one day. I immediately replied that it was acceptable, but found it strange that Klook did not notify me. I proactively contacted Klook customer service, and their reply was that they needed to inquire. It was odd that I had to follow up repeatedly, and it took a whole day to confirm the rescheduling. Every day of an overseas trip is precious, and changing the schedule at the last minute with only two days' notice, and requiring the customer to confirm it themselves, was quite disappointing. The two flower-viewing spots on the itinerary were good, but I didn't particularly like the museum part. Chinatown had many photo opportunities, but every restaurant had a queue. The outlet mall was large, with a good selection of brands and many restaurants, which was nice. The tour guide was polite and clearly communicated times and locations. A 7-seater car accommodated our group of 5 comfortably. The travel time between points was not long, with the longest segment being 50 minutes. The arrangements were good.

The tour operator was great. Thanks again to Dennis (tour guide) and our Korean Driver for accommodating our requests. Mr. Andrew answered all of my queries clearly and everything was good. All of them were nice and patient.

One of my best experiences in Seoul! Our guide, Ms. Hwa, was incredibly nice and accommodating. Alpaca World was such a joy, and the Rail Bike was a lot of fun, but Nami Island was definitely the highlight of the trip for me! I highly recommend this tour—it's perfect for solo travelers, but I’m sure it would be just as enjoyable for groups, too.

Klook'tan çok tavsiye edilen bir tur, her anından keyif aldık, çok dakikti, rehber çok bilgilendiriciydi, Gyeongju'yu çok sevdik, çok fazla tarih ve kültüre sahip küçük bir kasaba, çok sakin bir kasaba, çok güzel bir kasaba.

We took this tour to get closer to Incheon Airport. Surprisingly, the places we visited were very pleasant. Although we were exhausted from the past 5 days of our stay in Korea, we found ourselves enjoying our last day. The cave we visited was so cold inside that it felt like you were abroad. hahaha. Visiting the sea at Wolmi Island, walking along with Korean families, because it was Saturday, we saw a crowd. The last visit was the Railbike. This is our 2nd railbike experience. We liked the wind, cool and healthy. hehe
