Such an adrenaline rush!! Originally scheduled day, one of our trip, but I got pushed out to the middle due to rain and Shibuya being closed for Halloween. Honestly, not mad about the delay because it’s a tough experience to top. Instructor was great at explaining things safety and equipment. She was a vibe! Great pictures. We loved our group.

One of the main events I was looking forward to during our honeymoon. We had an amazing time with beautiful exhibits. Very easy to book for a great price. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating - graciously allowing us in even though we got there VERY late. They even helped us find the crystal room when we got lost. Cosmic void was our favorite! Could spend hours there. The frozen yuzu sorbet and the hot coconut green tea with oatmilk were delicious! Lots of great footage of everything so we’re very happy!

¡¡MUCHÍSIMA DIVERSIÓN!! Estaba un poco nerviosa cuando daban las instrucciones, pero una vez que salimos a la carretera, todo estuvo bien. Definitivamente se lo recomendaría a un amigo y sin duda lo haría de nuevo.

The tour guide was excellent, speaking both Mandarin and English. They were also willing to help me retrieve a wheelchair. It would have been even more convenient if parking was available in Atami.
