Superb location. Myeongdong shopping and street food is outside the hotel. Airport limousine is a few steps away from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, near Euljiro 1-ga subway station, and there's an airport bus stop downstairs for convenient transportation to and from the airport. The staff are friendly, and the room environment is comfortable and clean. However, the soundproofing of the room door could be improved, as the sound of doors closing from the corridor or next door is often heard.

저희는 명동과 남대문 시장에서 매우 가까워서 이곳에 머무는 것을 정말 좋아했습니다. 방은 저희가 거의 머물지 않았기 때문에 딱 적당했습니다. 침대와 베개가 정말 편안해서 좋았습니다.

많은 호텔을 이용해 본 경험자로서 일단 경영자의 철학이 엿보이는 곳이 였어요. 아름다운 실내장식과 편안한 침구 넑직한 객실이 맘에 들었고 모든 직원들이 친절하고 상냥하고 고객들 한테 성실한 태도 덕분에 더 묶고 싶어졌어요. 근데 마지막날 욕실가운중 하나가 거의 걸래 수준 이여서 놀랐어요. 화장실 문틀에 먼지가 꽤 있었고 샤워실 문은 아예 닫혀지지 않았어요. 조명 조절이 힘들었네요. 그럼에도 불구하고 직원들의 친절함에 높은 점수 줄께요.
