Me encantó que el conductor se presentara el día anterior por WhatsApp y se mantuviera en contacto con las actualizaciones del vuelo. Me mantuvo informado de su ubicación y fue paciente mientras mi familia pasaba por las filas de inmigración/aduana a la llegada. Fue muy servicial con el equipaje y amable durante todo el trayecto hasta nuestro destino. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Our driver was very reliable. It was my first time using the service, so I didn't fully understand everything and was picked up based only on the initial reservation information, without having read the notification sent before meeting. Despite this, the driver was very kind and accommodating. I apologize for not noticing the notification requesting to add them on LINE. I am very grateful for the safe and secure ride. Catching the tail end of the summer holiday, I took my daughter to Osaka. It was our first time in Japan, and I don't speak Japanese, so I booked a Chinese-speaking driver through Klook for airport pickup at Kansai Airport! The driver had already arranged a meeting point with us and took us directly to the hotel in front of Universal Studios Japan! We landed at 07:55, and by 08:10, he had already informed us he was waiting! It was very reassuring. The Alphard car was spacious, and we arrived at the park in about an hour. The room was huge (for 3 people) with a view of the Citywalk street, and the bathroom was also very large. The location was super convenient. We entered the park through the back gate and exited through the front for shopping! Downstairs, there's a coffee shop and a convenience store, and it's a 3-minute walk to the JR station. My family was very satisfied with this 5-day, 4-night Osaka trip. We spent 2 days at the theme park and 2 days exploring the city center of Shinsaibashi. On the fourth day, we confirmed our departure time and ultimately booked airport transfer through Klook again. We arrived at Kansai Airport T1 in less than an hour! The driver was polite and provided excellent service, and he could speak Mandarin (even though I only speak a little, it's better than Japanese). The 5-day holiday flew by like the wind, and all three suitcases were packed full. It was a super happy summer holiday.
