We booked the ticket via Klook and it was very easy, fast, and hassle-free. We had so much fun touring the tower and took so many pictures as souvenirs. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Osaka. We highky recommend it.

Booked the tickets through Klook and got a way cheaper deal than buying on-site over the counter. Fuss free and the view at night was good!

The night view at Umeda Observation Deck is good, but it rained on the day I went, so it was inconvenient to go outside to watch it. I hope the weather will be good next time! !

First of all the buffet lunch was great - the desserts were amazing and lots of japanese dishes - even themed one since we went just as the Sakura season is finishing. Don’t expect hidden gems are these are literally the most crowded and most popular tourist destinations - expect a sea of people. Despite that, our tour guide Akira was very helpful and if you can catch him during your free time, he’ll help your ward off the crowds for a perfect photo at the fushimi inari shrine or one the romantic train. A nice full day - quintessential visit for those who wants to see the most popular places Kyoto has offer - but don’t expect abundance of free time, there was definitely a rush to get to places on time and there’s very little wiggle room otherwise.
