The location, staff and hotel were all excellent for our short stay. It was lovely and clean everywhere and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we're in London.

It was in the middle of everything which was awesome. Only downside is the room was very small. Shower was great bed was comfortable. Just no space to move around with two.

I stayed for one night and it was very convenient for me as I only had to walk 6 minutes to the Lyceum theatre where I was going to. It was clean well maintained, a bit bland , but couldn’t complain for the price considering it was in central London. Breakfast was good too.

We were there for a mother daughter trip and it was great. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed arriving on a Tuesday and getting to enjoy the Wine and Cheese reception when we got there.
