It was a very nice experience, although room was quite small for 2 people. But shuttle to airport and other significant places was very good

Poor breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and shuttle buses solved transport problems. Also used to go to the nearest train station and back. Only every hour though for that service. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. No help though loading or unloading suitcases from the coach. Hard for older passengers

Shower / hotel room water was lukewarm at best.

Everything was well. Enjoyed the free transportation to the airport and Disney. They have buses running constantly to the airport and Hong Kong Disney twice in the morning. There was no pick up during my stay though but there usually is one at 930pm according to the schedule they had. The breakfast buffet was good. Transportation into the city is expensive so I used the shuttle back to the airport or Disney to ride the tram to the city for barley 4$ and on the way back to the hotel ride it the hotel and take the free bus back. It worked well and fast and a way to get food going back to the hotel at night. If you want to ride the bus back to the hotel either you can walk it in about 15min I think the 3 or 4th floor of the hotel is connected to the airport. Bring cash because Hong Kong is very cash friendly and the conversion in the hotel is raised.
