Everything was right about the property, beautiful property, great locations, great service

Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong. That evening, I discovered there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk, and to their credit, they responded quickly and sent an engineer within a short time. I was told the issue had been resolved after about 30 minutes. However, the next morning, the hot water was once again not working. When I called down, I was informed that no engineer was available at that time. I was then offered a room change, despite the fact that I was checking out within four hours—so it wasn’t a practical solution. As a result, I had to take another cold shower. To make matters worse, while I was in the shower, the engineer arrived and repeatedly knocked on my door, despite me having already declined further assistance. Shortly after, my room phone also began ringing. It was frustrating to be interrupted while dealing with an issue that should have been properly resolved the night before. The front desk staff clearly tried to help and were polite throughout, but the failure ultimately came down to the engineering side not fixing the problem correctly the first time. Facility is 4.5 or 5 star. Management questionable. No real how water for the showers. Could not use pool for two days due to poor water clarity. No signs on this either!

This is a 4.5-5 star hotel. Room is very nice but pool was out of commission for two days and no sign. Very murky water and no urgency to fix it. Other issue is the lack of warm water for a shower. I would think easy to fix ... management?

Spa was really good. Food too

Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The lobby feels fresh and luxurious, making a great first impression. The check-in desk is large and efficient, and the receptionist who assisted us was very nice and helpful. However, two other staff members were giggling throughout our check-in, which felt unprofessional—especially since there is plenty of space behind the desk for chatting and laughing away from guests. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking. The buffet offering a great variety of dishes with excellent taste. It would be even better if empty dishes were topped up more frequently.

I left my power bank in the hotel. The staff actually text me and told me about it. Luckily I am still around to go back and collect it. I was amazed by the honesty where I don’t think other hotel will even bother to inform me. The room was clean, big and comfortable and they serve a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Not forgetting the friendly and honest staffs Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Excellent service!
