Everything is good!!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The location was convenient and walkable. Would definitely stay again.

We had comfortable stay at the hotel. The connecting rooms were very convenient for family of 4 people. A bit more spacious than other hotels in the area. Staff were super helpful. My daughter left her handbag at the other hotel we just checked out. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff helped us to contact the other hotel and managed to find the handbag. What a relief!

Rooms are teeny tiny. Basically space for the beds only. Also found it really odd and frustrating that the entrance light is motion activated. Plus it’s next to the bathroom door meaning any time someone uses the bathroom at night, the light goes on and stays on for 3 mins. This isn’t a dim light. It’s very bright. The next morning I talked to the front desk who said they can’t deactivate it but did offer to put a shade around it. This in a sense deactivated it but made it also so that light could not be used the rest of our stay. We stayed 7 nights in total. The room staff was very friendly and efficient. We had 4 in our room including 2 kids. For some reason they didn’t count our youngest although they are 4 years old. So we didn’t get 4 towels, only 3. We told the front desk and also specifically asked for 4 towels and on those days we got them but if the next day we didn’t tell them, it was 3 again. One front desk agent was nice and friendly but the rest I will politely classify as unhelpful and uncaring. Went through the motions and with some attitude. Especially one talked to my friend condescendingly. Location was fine. It was nice being next to the fish market and close to the water. Bus stops are conveniently close too. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it.

close to a lot of restaurants and behind the building is a park with a lot of sakura tree

Great staff, walking distance to metro station

They had the roughest tow

one of the staff I forgot her name, who speaks very good English was very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. close to supermarket, and subway.

We enjoyed our stay at Cross Life Hakata. The hotel was clean and safe. The property was well maintained and we were close to bus stops and about a five minute walk to the subway terminal. Staff were very friendly and the hotel has coin laundry on site and easy to access. The room we had was a quadruple bunk room and although we all had beds, the room itself was very small with limited storage for suitcases. However, we knew this when we booked so it wasn't a surprise. We did notice that the trash cans in the room were very small and it made it difficult for us to get our trash removed during our stay. Trash must be in the trash can for it to be removed but most of what we had didn't fit. I went to the front desk and asked for an additional trash bag so it wasn't a huge problem. There is breakfast available on site but it was a little more than we wanted to spend for our family. There was limited food options around the hotel which was a challenge for us. We spent most meals at convenience stores which was not ideal but worked. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families, especially families who need to do laundry during their stay in Fukuoka.

Good location and convenient. Bus stop just outside hotel and metro short distance away. Easy access to airport.
