Fantastycznie Every one was wonderful and very kind and accommodating front desk staff to the breakfast staff were wonderful and very helpful would recommend to everyone to stay here

This cave hotel was very nice! The staff were super friendly and the terrace/breakfast area was so lovely. The shower did flood and smell strange, but would stay again!

Świetnie The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and kind and can also help you with airport transportation or booking any additional tours. I stayed in the queen room with balcony. The mattress was very uncomfortable as it was extremely firm just like stone so something to be cautious about if that is not your preference. Bathroom had minimal ventilation and an odd smell and parts of the ceiling was damaged.

Konum mükemmel. Personel mükemmel ötesi. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Suat bey ve Kamil beye özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı açık büfe terasta veriliyor. Manzara harika. Su tesisatı özellikle giderler bakım gerektiriyor olabilir.

Fantastycznie Otel şehrin girişinde dağ tarafında bulunuyor , park yeri var , şehir sesinden uzak kafa dinlemelik bir yer , odalar temizliği mükemmel kahvaltı çeşitli ve açık büfe olması çok iyi ayrıca balonları kalktığı yere çok yakın ve otelde kahvaltı yaparken de balonları terastan izleyebilirsiniz

this is a wonderful hotel in an ideal location. the stone type hotel experience was very unique. the rooms and bathroom are new and very clean. the location is very close to shopping and dining options. the staff are excellent especially Aziz, they go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. they were able to arrange ATV excursion for the same day and hot air balloon ride for the next morning. it was so nice not having to do the research and reservations online on our own. breakfast was terrific. they also arrange transfer to/from airports as well. there are several car rental companies nearby. would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this hotel

Great location to watch the Balloons, the staff were amazing and professionals. The room was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious! If you are heading to Cappadocia, I highly recommend you staying here.
