Dobrze The hotel itself is clean and modern looking. Didnt get to use any of the amenities but the staff seemed friendly. However the 1 thing that was really annoying was the fact that they have a timer on the A/C so it turns off every 20min. I had to get up drenched in sweat constantly over the 1 night i could tolerate staying there. Be warned!

A lovely hotel and property. We just had one night but enjoyed our visit very much. Breakfast was short on western choices.

Absolutely best value for money.
The staff were all pleasant and presented well.
Only stayed for 2 nights. But will return to Ban Pong again and stay here.

very nice and clean hotel. Front desk was helpful and very welcoming.
The room was clean and large. The bed was very soft and I like the pillows. They were firm and soft.
The bathroom was good. I enjoyed the shower; it had a rain shower and a regular shower head. Very relaxing.
There is a restaurant on the property and some restaurants walking distance. All are good choices.
I enjoyed the pool. It was a hot day so I took full advantage of the pool. Easy to do laps and get some downtime to relax.
Overall it was very good and I would recommend it.

No hot water running throughout the whole night first day of our booking, spoil our mood enjoying the i-spa we have. Subsequent night was good. Just need to make sure all is good when we check in the room.
