First I booked for the non-smoking room but they have ashtray in the room. It smells so bad in the hotel room. I asked staff for extra pillow. They said yes I will get it for you but after half an hour. They didn’t call me back they said they don’t have it when I call back. Highly not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, especially Mandy, a very attractive lady at the reception, look for her, she is running the show, a problem solver.. Other staff are also friendly and helpful.. Room is big.. bathroom is not. Breakfast is mostly Chinese, can be improved by adding some cheese and more salad.. No complimentary coffee in rooms, only Chinese tea :)

The hotel staff didn't understand English, but they were very enthusiastic. Check-in was quick, the room assigned was very clean with no smell of smoke, and the bed was very comfortable.
