Staff were average except for the guy in the bar and the woman in the restaurant at breakfast. Check in staff were very average. I chose this hotel because I wanted parking on site. To then find I had to park in a public car park across the road because they only have 20 spots for guests was extremely disappointing to say the least when that was the main reason I chose the hotel. So if parking and security for your car is important please do yourself a favour and chose another hotel.

Parking to register was a nightmare. Finding the park entrance was a nightmare. Receiving maps with other car parks was confusing. Hair in the swimming pool. Prices were not fully disclosed on website. Seriously overpriced for the small rooms. Location not beach worthy.

Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value.

The hotel is quite new. Very nice room, clean and well fitted out. The bathroom had a mirror light fitting which was excellent.
