Thanks to the Hotels.com rewards programme, I had a reward night to spend. I chose to go to a small luxury hotel in my home city for the night. The Mayfair was a great choice. Lovely modern and new rooms with excellent amenities - bathrobes, in-room minibar, luxury products. My two favourite things were their chromecast option (which unlike the majority of hotels actually worked & not only that - worked brilliantly), and the iPad in the room for ordering room service and getting hotel information (I loved that I didn’t have to scan any barcodes on my phone or fiddle with a TV remote). The room service breakfast came up in only 15 minutes and was absolutely delicious. There is a lovely little cocktail bar & restaurant downstairs (which I have visited previously), but I chose to just enjoy the room for - full 22 hours. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. A most excellent dinner recommendation followed with an immediate offer to make a reservation for us. We were there for a milestone birthday and were provided with a free drink at the restaurant to celebrate. Rooms were spacious, modern, clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, with a great restaurant and room service food that was delicious. A quiet hotel. We were never disturbed by other guests or outside noise. Close to everything and an overall great spot.

We are very happy to stay here. The service was outstanding. Th e staffs were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the front desk kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and lovely service.

Staff on reception was extremely helpful.Would like to mention Charlotte and Ashley Colin and the rst of other staff?It's very helpful. Rooms, hotel was very clea. Staff in the restaurant what's very helpful attentive?. Overall, I would recommend people sta\nY in s only disadvantage time it took to walk into the cent.

Hotel is in a great location, clean and the rooms were nice sized and remodeled. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The front staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with the toilet running after flushing. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning. The food was good but the waitress could have been more pleasant.
