Room was clean, sink drains slow, there are flys flying around all the time so somehow it is coming into the unit. Buffet was decent, but pricey for what you get. Laundry was expensive $5000won to wash and then $5000 won to dry, $1000 won to buy laundry soap for a single load, and the washers are very small. We had to split into 2 loads of laundry for our stay for family of 4. Cost $22 cad. Walking distance to the shopping strip. Free water and ice refill on the floor which was nice. Cleaning lady was pleasant. Overall not worth the price in this range. $500,000 won per night for family room of 4. We also stayed at a different hotel on this trip which is much nicer, modern/hip and better amenities for the same price that is next to the shopping strip.

As per our previous stays, we found the staff to be very attentive, friendly and professional.

Disappointing end to our stay. After checking out, I realised one of my bags was missing when collecting our luggage from reception. I asked whether it might have been left in the room. Staff told me only a t-shirt had been found. Instead of immediately checking lost and found, staff reviewed the CCTV to demonstrate we had not left the bag in reception. When I raised the possibility that the bag had been taken from my room and mentioned I would be seeking compensation, the bag “appeared” in their lost items storage — apparently it had been in the room all along, despite my earlier question being dismissed. The issue isn’t the mistake. It’s that we were treated with suspicion and made to feel like we were fabricating a complaint, rather than first checking lost and found. The bag was eventually returned, but the experience left a poor impression. Front desk didn’t even apologise. I would expect more transparency and basic courtesy from front desk and housekeeping when a guest reports a missing item.

The staff were wonderful - friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Ella on reception was exceptional and ensured our special requests were met which made our stay perfect. Dean on reception was also very helpful, as were all the breakfast time restaurant staff - unfortunately I didn’t get their names. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we liked it so much we’re coming back in a few days time. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton Josun Seoul. Good location right by a subway station and walking distance to Myeongdong Night Market and 30 min walk to the palace. Daily breakfast buffet was good and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

A very comfortable place to stay. Really nice breakfast with lots of options.

Great hotel staff—very friendly, polite, and accommodating! I couldn’t ask for more. I just didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet as much since it was the same menu every day. We stayed for 10 days, and for 2 of those days I had to fast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take anything to go for later and the restaurant closes and empties the area very early, so some of the money felt wasted.

Great location and very friendly, supportive staff. The only drawback is that the elevators can take quite a long time to arrive and usually stop on too many floors, so you need to factor in 5-10 minutes just to take the elevator down when on your way out.
