Both of the security are really nice, very helpful, very charming, the staff at reception were very nice too and helpful.
Rooms are clean but could do better, but over all everything was good. Thanks for the good service! Big up to the 2 security! They were great!

No.first day we check in. The cearner went in the room to spray some perfume to get rid of bad smell. And The room was infected with bed bug. I notice the bug crawling out last day of my stay. I show to front desk receptionist.all they said is sorry. I don't know this will bring up to the manager. Washroom has no proper amenities. The room system are extremely poor. If the guest go outside. They not let you run the air. Not letting guest to have more than one key.this may cause the room has no circulation air .bad smell trap inside . I don't think I can refer to any friends or r family without any higene .

I and two of my fellow travelers booked this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 24:00 and because the room was not ready, we waited until 01:00. Because we were tired, we fell asleep early, but at 06:00 in the morning we woke up with the sound of a car horn on the street. We found out that the room has no window. We spent a very difficult day in this hotel.
