Excellent experience overall. Sometimes the dining area is understaffed, but overall the quality of meals and experience is wonderful.

Loved the all inclusive aspect, I don’t drink but they give you a nice bottle of wine in your room. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful! I would stay here again for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel truly welcome. The staff is exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — the level of service is outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, relaxing, and perfectly designed for a comfortable family stay. My entire family was truly impressed and enjoyed every moment here. Thank you for creating such a warm and luxurious experience. We would be delighted to return again in the future.

on arrival staff did not greet cordially. Staff didn't give full instructions how to operate hand held shower. Heated floor was not heated in all areas. Was given out dated high riser for toilet. Cleaning was not consistent and bed was not made thoroughly each day. Meals were not prepared as requested..
