Fantastycznie The room was clean and comfortable. Everything work shower. The air conditioning bed was made every day clean towels were always put in my room. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The breakfast staff was the best. The food quality was outstanding. The receiving staff were tremendously excellent and the little boss lady who handled the financial exchanges was very accommodating, kind, and understanding I’ve been here three times and looking forward to my fourth fifth and so long a big shout out to the front desk clerk on HAN and the chef my name is Rodney and I had a great time.

Fantastycznie This hotel is in the city centre and has a swimming pool. The front desk staff was very helpful and overall the hotel is good value for money. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The best I've had in a while.

Stayed here for most of my trip in Vientiane. Close by to Talat Sao was of my main reasons why I chose to stay here. Outside from the TV not working, everything was good from the staff to the service and breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again.

Management and staff are liars. Advertised online that the room sleeps 4 but when got to the hotel they said only 3 ppl and charged for extra cot in cash. A stranger entered our room and after reading google reviews they allow strangers to enter rooms often! Tested our room key on other rooms and it opened every room! Management agreed to refund last night stay as we gave more than 24 hrs notice but now didnt amswer exledias request to refund! Staff steals from own Management and safety not a concern, stay away!
