Very bad front desk - unprofessional wearing sleeping cloth with with sandles - have no photo copy machine to photo copy passport un-bolite knocked on my doors 3 times for no reason NOT SAFE TO STAY IN HERE.

I definitely RECOMMEND to anyone -The receptionist were great.. They were friendly and the place was clean and cosy.The location is in centre and close to everything in Downtown. Anything you need they will help

Great place. I had to choose this place as a kind of a last minute decision because the hotel I initially wanted to choose had raised its price to something I could not afford. From the minute I checked in all of the staff was great to me and treated me like family. They always claimed it was "Egyptian hospitality" but I feel like they are deep down just genuine people.
