clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, very good breakfast

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à l'hôtel. Facile d'accès au centre ville avec la station de métro à proximité. Biffet déjeuner disponible avec beaucoup de choix et pour tous les goûts. Le café est très bon. Le seul petit point négatif, difficulté avec la climatisation.

Everyone at reception was very helpful. Rooms were clean. The beds could’ve been slightly better.

Check in was easy. Really friendly staff at reception. Very clean and quiet room. Great to be able to open the window. Comfortable bed with choice of soft and firm pillows. There were just 2 pillows on the bed. Maybe they supply 4 when 2 people stay. Good storage area. Extra bath and hand towels can be found there. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Odd that there was only one tiny cereal bowl. My only issue is that the cupboards for pots and pans, large bowl and colandar are only accessible if you are a 7ft giant! I had to stand on a chair (no shoes) to reach the colandar. Might be an idea to add air con instructions to the online hub. Would also be good if housekeeping can check that previous occupants have not switched off the air con and the microwave in the fuse box. Instructions would be great for the iron in the laundry room as it's not a regular iron. There's a Leonidas shop next door to the hotel plus a Carrefour express attached to the hospital across from the hotel. There's also a cafe plus a shop selling takeaway food, cakes and gifts at the entrance of the hospital. Transport is great with Delta metro around 10 minutes walk away and bus stops nearby. Although the immediate area is surrounded by office blocks, there is a lively area with bars, restaurants and shops including a Carrefour supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away.

The room was clean and in excellent order. Liked the fact it had cooking facilities, fridge, mini safe plus a laundromat and fitness room on site. Although the hotel looks on a map that it's a fair distance from the centre it's so well served by public transport - the bus stop is just outside and the metro is just a short walk.

It's bit small for family of 4 especially kitchen is very small. It is good if you are not cooking. We noticed small broken glass pieces in the kitchen utensils.

The bathroom was not clean enough!

Very helpful and friendly people on the check in desk, getting taxis for us when we needed them. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Easy to find, bus 71 from Brussels central station. Staff very informative and helpful, good variety for breakfast, good working space

The hotel was great and conveniently located near a metro station. Very nice staff and adjacent to a shopping area with amazing shops. I would stay there again.
