The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, room was very nice and clean except for the sheets which had some stains on them, but it was taken care of by the housekeeping right away.

Breakfast should be included. In our room there was a noise that didn’t turn off. It was awful to sleep with.

It was my son’s birthday, the kind gentleman at check in arranged for a birthday surprise for him. The breakfast was outstanding, and the servers in the restaurant so friendly.

The room did not have a microwave, nor was there anything to get hot water. This was a bummer since we were with our toddler, the staff were kind enough to give us hot water from the kitchen though. My second issue is that I was charged US $300 security deposit and promised a refund at check out, I checked out on Monday and I am still waiting on my refund Getting on to the hotel is very difficult
