We loved the hotel, nice decoration, friendly staff, ice cream was available during our stay, yakult was available during breakfast. Ramen was more like seafood broth not soya base, food was delicious until we got diarrhea. We ate our breakfast at 6:30, by 1pm we felt unwell, I would stay here again but may not want the breakfast.

I have never stayed at a place like this before where leaving was hard, not only are the stuff super welcoming and knowledgeable but they also provide excellent customer services. As for amenities, you will feel at home. I truly fell in love with this place <3

This hotel was better than I could’ve imagined! All of the amenities were top tier. The hotel is close to the train station but if you want to walk downtown, plan for a little bit more time - which I didn’t mind

Excellent stay in Kyoto! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The natural hot spring was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Western dishes. The seafood rice bowl and Kyoto specialties were outstanding. We also loved the complimentary late-night ramen, ice cream after the hot spring, and welcome snacks in the room. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Kyoto Station and many attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kyoto. Highly recommended!
