This is my 3rd time booking with this hotel with great experience earlier. I got a small room with congested pathway asked to move different roam. The front office was nice but he had so called dumb manager was on private phone for minutes. I left after waiting 15 minutes

I stay there for two nights and almost spend over $300 and I got up late in the front desk attended kept banging on my door talking about he's going to call the police like I was a squatter I told him I was going to do extended stay he told me it's going to cost me over 300 to rent another night He told me I wasn't going to get my deposit back and good luck with that He was rude obnoxious and loud.

The room itself was acceptable, but it had an odor to it. A musty, moldy smell. Our first room, the air conditioner broke and we had to be moved to a second room, which was much better. The breakfast was acceptable, but difficult for a person with food, allergies to eat. It was convenient to the things that we did while in the Columbus area, and being able to park your own vehicle was very convenient to the doors.

Honestly, this place surpassed expectations. The place was clean, great breakfast compared to similar hotels, the staff personnel were friendly and the temperature of the facility during this hot summer was nice and cool. All around 2 days well spent with breaking the bank.

Being ripped by big hotels for awhile thought go with this place and it was better than expected for the price. Though the building is old they maintained inside the rooms are good. May need some upgrades on hallways to make more pleasant. The front end boys are really nice and welcoming.

Room is very small with no sound proofing. If one sneeze in next room , you can hear it. If one knocks on other door, it seems you are being knocked. Carpet not cleaned regularly specially high traffic area. Poorly lighted. Not a good experience overall

The room is very clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was also generous but might need some variety for vegetarians. I will definitely come back.
