Honestly the hotel has great 5 star potential, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. However, I’m aware of some restriction on air conditioning use but the air conditioner at least in my room barely did much but other than that it was a great stay and i got used to it after some time.

The room was advertised as having air conditioning. It became clear that the AC wasn’t working. When we asked the front desk, they said AC for the building hadn’t been turned on yet for the season. It was 25°C/77° in our room even with the window open, even though it was only 15°C outside. Stayed that hot all night. Was sweating all night and didn’t get a wink of sleep. Amenities were not as advertised.

Room cleaned every day. Staff polite and helpful, most spoke English, Breakfast was delicious continental, wide choice. Would recommend and go again.
