Pobyt z dziećmi

We want to give 5 stars for this place, but unfortunately our stay was flawed. The water heater was not working, and the staff was not available during the evening time. So, we have to do cold shower in winter time. Not pleasant. We tried contacting the front office, but no one returned our message until now (a week later). Otherwise, the facility is pretty nice.

Very basic setting. The facility does not match up the name of Thermal Oak motel, which is very confusing.
