This place is worn down and we stayed in a renovated room. It was like putting lipstick on a pig. No attention to detail. Not a good renovation job. They only give you one key card which is also used to control the small air conditioner inside the room. It took forever to cool down. We literally had to get the staff to open our room every single time in order to not have to recool the room each time. We were located in a building separate from the check in and it seemed that we had to walk through a kitchen to get to the run down elevator area. No one helped with the luggage upon arrival or departure. Not my kind of 4 star hotel.

Location is good. Close enough to Pattaya but not too near that very noisy place. We have stayed in this hotel before and find it very comfortable. Good restaurant and the staff are very helpful and delightful. Only slight negative is that the wardrobe space is not big enough and no space for other clothes, drawers or cupboard. This often seems to be the case with Thai hotels.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great breakfast, good facilities, convenient location for bars, restaurants and beach.

I had another great stay at this property. Staff as always were great. The only big negative for us is being a boutique hotel that we pay good money for, it’s so hugely disappointing to see so many people dressed in bathers and pyjamas / nightwear at breakfast. Surely management could put a sign on the door about a dress code.

Stayed here a few times now. Same rating as before. Location is perfect abd close to everything. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding, the best ive had this trip. Great value over all. I'll be back 100%

I've stayed at the Fifth a few times now. Always great service and friendly helpful staff. Location is very convenient. But the breakfast is outstanding! Lots of quality and variety in the food choices. Im fact, Im sitting in the Grab as I write this review, on the way there again for another stay at the Fifth. Best overall value for the price in my opinion.
