AC is not air conditioning, it stands for air control and it is still very hot in their rooms. Limited amount of fans were provided. Ad is misleading.

The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. However there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in, leaving a poor first impression. The bar is nice, but the tall, slim female bartender had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Improving the customer service and providing air conditioning would make this a much better place to stay.

Clean room, nice overhead-style shower and open shelving to prevent left belongings. We did request an electric fan to help with the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave and it was delivered promptly. Easy access to the train station and an easy walk to Bahnhofstrasse.

Air conditioning unable to cool room even with -3 deg C setting. Complained about the heat in the room & Hotel had to provide stand fan to keep the room cool enough to sleep. Not worth the high price paid for the room.

The hotel is very convenient because of its location. In addition to being in the city center, it is only a few blocks from the main train station, which is very helpful if you plan to visit other cities, such as Lucerne. The room had dark walls that made it feel somewhat dirty, and the carpet gave the same impression. However, the bed and bathroom appeared to be clean.
