We love this hotel, Staff are very helpful. We are able to check in early and store our luggages for couple of hours after check out. Rooms are clean and free toiletries and water bottles everyday. Free mini breakfast. Just 2 mins walk to Nishiki Market and shopping. 3-5 minutes walk to bus and train stations.

Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Having a laundry is a helpful too. The only downside was that we did not enjoy the included breakfast, but it is still a bonus to have.

Clean, modern, great value hotel. Friendly staff, handy light breakfast and great location 9/10 stay. Let down by lack of useability of the room space. No shelves, hanger, one small table- everything just ends up on the floor! But great showers, beds, super location- away from some main elements but to its advantage re shops and food

I hear the washer and dryer were no saying properly but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was tiny. Coffee was great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The room was small as I have grown to expect outside the United States, but the exceptional way space was used made it very cozy. The multifunction shower was unexpected and very pleasant. I didn't have a single complaint.

Had a two night stay here in May 2026. Rooms were clean and modern, and location was relatively central. Downsides: No access to water besides the two bottles they gave us during check in. The “free” breakfast was insultingly small in terms of portion- would have been better for us if that hadn’t been an expectation since we ended up going out for breakfast both days anyway.
