The check-in was terrible. staff was inattentive and took us to the wrong wing. The carpets in the hallway were threadbare, the walls were dirty. The room smelled disgusting. No bath mats provided. Black mold around the shower recess. Apartment block looked very old and rundown. The restaurant Parry Road next to the hotel provided a great breakfast with best coffee in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is very conveniently located. My room is a studio with fridge, pans. Cooktop and microwave. We did not use them.

Everything was great with this stay, i love how friendly the staffs were, they surprised me with cookies & fruit tart in the room. Didn’t expect that at all! The swimming pool & gym were also very well maintained. The location is within walking distance to KLCC and there’s so many food options available nearby. Considering the price, this is by far my most well spent money. Couldn’t recommend it enough

friendliness of staff is what stood out most for my stay here - from the front office to service staff at the breakfast and room service. It would be good if more variety of food could be offered at breakfast. Similarly, it would also be a plus if hand towels could be offered at the gym. Not forgetting that it would be a plus for TV control to be made available at the gym too (currently, the TV is not tied to any channel when switched on, probably due to not remote control)
