The entire 9th floor did not have air conditioning during my stay. They did not inform me of this at check-in even though they were aware of the issue. The room was incredibly hot and I had a difficult time sleeping.

The hotel was good and in a very convenient location for both the tram and the metro. Unfortunately the aircon was virtually useless and the bathroom mirror emanated an intense amount of heat. Considering there was a heatwave in progress, the temperature of the room was very uncomfortable.

The air conditioning in the room was poor. Set at 19degrees when the weather was 32 degrees outside

Great location tram straight outside to city centre hotel was beutiful staff amazing fantastic value for money. Will definitely come back to Holland and to same hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Lots of storage and counter space. Restaurant was only for the breakfast buffet. Looked good but would have been nice for a smaller, a la carte choice. Very close to the tram station, so an easy trip to central Amsterdam.

Breakfast was lacking with limited items offered at expensive cost. Air Conditioning was an issue as soon as we checked in to room. Went to desk and ask for employee to come to our room to check on air conditioning and was advised that everything was fine! It was not fine and not working. After two days, we spoke with a different employee and ask for help and they identified there was in fact an issue with the air conditioner and had us change rooms on a different floor.
